Effective date: April 5, 2026
FlightIQ is a product of Two Brains LLC, a Delaware limited liability company located at 8 The Green #14095, Dover, DE 19901, United States. In these terms, "FlightIQ," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Two Brains LLC.
FlightIQ is a travel search, comparison, recommendation, and booking interface. We aggregate data from third-party providers, airlines, and related partners, present scoring and AI-assisted analysis, and support booking flows through integrated third-party services.
FlightIQ is not the operating airline and does not itself provide air transportation. When you complete a booking, the transportation contract is between you and the airline or other travel provider that fulfills the itinerary.
FlightIQ may provide AI-generated comparisons, recommendations, planning help, weather context, pricing commentary, and other informational output. That output is generated from models and source data that can be incomplete, delayed, mistaken, or context-limited.
FlightIQ provides self-service tools that let you manage certain aspects of a confirmed reservation directly from your account dashboard, subject to the airline's fare rules and the booking provider's capabilities. The following actions may be available depending on your ticket:
Scope limitation: modifications beyond those listed above — including but not limited to name changes, route changes, multi-city restructuring, class upgrades, frequent flyer number corrections, special service requests (SSR), unaccompanied minor handling, pet transport, group booking changes, and involuntary reaccommodation — are outside the scope of FlightIQ's self-service tools and must be handled directly with the operating airline or travel provider. FlightIQ is not responsible for the outcome, availability, or timing of changes managed outside our platform.
Airline and provider fare rules ultimately govern all cancellation rights, change eligibility, credits, and refund outcomes. FlightIQ does not override or supplement those rules. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for additional details.
For support, contact us at contact@flightiq.ai. We may assist, coordinate, or escalate where appropriate, but final authority over transportation, schedule changes, and refund decisions rests with the airline or other provider.
FlightIQ, including its branding, software, design, scoring logic, prompts, interface elements, and related content, is owned by Two Brains LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service.
License to content you submit. You retain ownership of content you submit to FlightIQ — including search queries, AI assistant prompts and conversations, profile data, feedback, and support messages. By submitting that content, you grant FlightIQ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and use that content to operate, secure, support, debug, analyze, personalize, and improve the service (including training, tuning, and evaluation of ranking and recommendation systems, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law). Aggregated or de-identified data may be used and retained for product and business purposes without restriction. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license and that the content does not violate any law or third-party right.
AI-generated output. Output generated by FlightIQ's AI features in response to your input is provided to you for your personal use in connection with the service, subject to these terms. Because AI-generated output may be similar across users and is often not eligible for copyright, we do not claim exclusive ownership of AI output delivered to you, but we retain all rights in the underlying models, prompts, and service.
Copyright notices. If you believe content on FlightIQ infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to contact@flightiq.ai identifying the work, the specific location on FlightIQ, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized. We will review and act on valid notices consistent with applicable copyright law, including the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act where applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlightIQ is provided on an as is and as available basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and accuracy of results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlightIQ and Two Brains LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost savings, loss of goodwill, loss of data, missed travel, missed connections, schedule changes, fare changes, denied boarding, baggage issues, or reliance on AI or third-party information.
Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid directly to FlightIQ in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100, to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FlightIQ, Two Brains LLC, and their officers, managers, employees, and contractors from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, breach of these terms, violation of law, false traveler data, or dispute with an airline, provider, or payment processor caused by your acts or omissions.
FlightIQ may offer optional automated monitoring services, such as Smart Rebook and Price Protection, that watch for lower fares or rebooking opportunities on your confirmed itinerary. These services operate as follows:
FlightIQ Balance. In some cases — including Smart Rebook payouts and certain goodwill credits — we may credit amounts to a "FlightIQ Balance" associated with your account. FlightIQ Balance is a non-refundable promotional credit that may be applied toward future bookings on the FlightIQ platform. It is not redeemable for cash, is not transferable, has no cash or monetary value outside the service, is not a deposit account, and is not covered by any deposit-insurance or similar protection. We may set reasonable expiration, minimum-use, and eligibility rules, which will be disclosed at the time a credit is issued. If your account is terminated for fraud, abuse, or material breach of these terms, unused FlightIQ Balance may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law. Where applicable law requires refund or escheat of unused balances, we will comply with those requirements.
FlightIQ will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, sanctions, embargoes, network or infrastructure failures, airline operational disruptions, strikes, acts of terrorism, or third-party system outages. During such events, affected obligations are suspended until the event is resolved.
We encourage you to contact us at contact@flightiq.ai before pursuing formal action so we can attempt to resolve concerns directly.
Binding arbitration: any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English, with the arbitration seated in the State of Delaware. The arbitrator's award is final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class action waiver: to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, disputes must be brought individually and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable, the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be void.
Exceptions: either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court for intellectual property disputes or to prevent irreparable harm. Small claims court actions within jurisdictional limits are also exempt.
EEA, UK, and Swiss residents: nothing in this section limits your right to bring proceedings before the courts of the member state in which you are domiciled, or to lodge a complaint with a competent consumer protection authority, as provided by applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes arising from these terms or the service must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice by email, in-product prompt, or other reasonable means. Continued use of FlightIQ after the updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
FlightIQ acts as a ticket agent and intermediary when you book air transportation through the service, not as an air carrier, tour operator, or principal. The operating airline is solely responsible for the carriage of passengers and baggage.
Fares presented in FlightIQ include the base fare, carrier-imposed fees, and government-mandated taxes and surcharges as provided by our suppliers, plus the FlightIQ service fee. The total you will be charged is disclosed in the checkout price breakdown before you confirm your purchase, consistent with applicable US Department of Transportation full-fare advertising requirements to the extent they apply to our role. If a provider or airline later identifies additional government-mandated fees, taxes, or regulatory charges applicable to your itinerary, those amounts may be added and disclosed before ticketing, or billed by the airline directly.
You represent and warrant that (a) you are not located in, organized in, or a national or resident of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive US economic sanctions (including, without limitation, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, so-called Donetsk People's Republic, so-called Luhansk People's Republic, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine); (b) you are not identified on the US Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List, the US Department of Commerce's Denied Persons List or Entity List, the UK Consolidated List of Financial Sanctions Targets, the EU Consolidated List of Sanctions, or any other applicable restricted-party list; and (c) you will not use FlightIQ to book travel for any person or entity, or to or from any jurisdiction, in violation of applicable US, UK, EU, or other export-control, anti-boycott, or sanctions laws.
We may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, refuse, cancel, suspend, hold, or reverse any booking, payment, or account activity that we reasonably believe implicates a sanctioned party, prohibited destination, or restricted transaction, and we will cooperate with lawful requests from competent regulators and law enforcement.
By using FlightIQ you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including notices delivered by email, in-product prompts, or posted to our website or dashboard. You agree that any electronic agreement, acceptance, confirmation, or consent you provide to FlightIQ has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the US Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN), the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions. You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information on file and for monitoring communications sent to those addresses. You may withdraw this consent by closing your account, though doing so may prevent us from providing the service.
We aim to make FlightIQ usable by people with disabilities and work toward conformance with widely recognized accessibility standards such as Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA. If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need assistance using the service, please contact contact@flightiq.ai and we will work to address your needs in a reasonable time.
FlightIQ may make features available on a beta, preview, experimental, or early-access basis — for example, new AI capabilities, Smart Rebook, Price Protection, new booking flows, or admin tools. Beta features are identified as such in the product or in writing, and they may be incomplete, unstable, or changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.
You use beta features at your own discretion and risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, beta features are provided "as is" and "as available," without any performance, availability, accuracy, or error-free operation commitment, and the disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification provisions in these terms apply to beta features with equal force. We welcome feedback on beta features; by submitting it you grant us the license described in Section 11 and agree that we may use that feedback to improve the service without obligation or compensation to you.
FlightIQ may contain links to, or display information from, third-party sites, services, or content — including airline websites, airport information, provider portals, weather sources, payment partners, and news or government resources. Those third parties are not owned or controlled by FlightIQ, and we do not endorse or assume responsibility for their content, availability, pricing, terms, privacy practices, or accuracy. Your use of any third-party site or service is subject to that third party's own terms and policies.
